The Rare Saturday Workout - 4 Miles
Rare treat for me–a Saturday workout. We decided to take the kids to our health club, where there is some baby-sitting if you reserve it. While they played with toys we got a quick workout in. I managed to run 4 miles today…the first three without stopping, then a very short walking pause (about 1 minute), and then I ran the final mile. Felt great.
Almost totally meaningless but fun to do it post workout weigh-in: 210.4. Woohoo!
